Our Candidate Process

1. Initial consultation

We begin by meticulously understanding you and what you’re looking for both from your next role and from your career.

At One Legal, we have established relationships with many law firms and can approach these at your discretion, opening the door to more opportunities.

2. CV Advice

We understand the importance of having a CV that’s structured correctly and that showcases your skills and specific experience fully within the recruitment process.

We’ll provide you with comprehensive feedback and advice on your CV, as well as writing a personal profile for you, which will be provided to the client.

3. Interview Preparation

Irrespective of your experience, we recognise how stressful the interview process can be, which is why place great emphasis on helping you to fully prepare.

As well as providing a face-to-face consultation to advise on specific points, we will also provide an insight into the Client and in many instances, the Partners or HR Professionals who will be interviewing you.

Additionally, the team are always available to answer any queries you may have throughout the process.

4. Negotiation & Acceptance

Once the client is in a position to make an offer to you, we’ll work in partnership with you to negotiate the best package and ensure it’s acceptable before the contracts are officially issued.
