1. Initial Consultation
We begin by taking your initial instructions meticulously and in total confidence, which allows us to discuss which roles are best suited to you. At One Legal, we have established relationships with many law firms and can approach any of these at a candidate’s discretion, opening the door to many other opportunities.
2. CV Advice
We provide comprehensive CV advice, from structure and layout, to specific experience and relevant skills to include. As this is the gateway to many opportunities and plays an integral part of the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on getting this right. Once the CV is agreed, we will write a personal profile, which will also be provided to the Client.
3. Interview Preparation
In our experience the interview is the most stressful part of any process, but we ensure that a Candidate is fully prepared. As well as providing a face to face consultation to advise on specific points, we will also provide an insight into the Client and in many instances, the Partners or HR Professionals who will be interviewing you. We are always available to answer any queries a Candidate may have during the interview process.
4. Negotiation and Acceptance
If a Candidate is offered an opportunity, we will negotiate the right package and ensure this is acceptable, before contracts are officially issued.
